# It governs forgetfulness and palpitations due to worry and thought, which damage the heart and spleen, and cause spleen deficiency and blood deficiency.

 

# Jia wei gui pi tang is used for depressed liver and spleen by anger and menstrual blockage, which is composed of gui pi tang with chai hu and shan zhi zi.

 

Ren Shen (Ginseng radix) 15 g

Huang Qi (Astragali radix) 30 g

Bai Zhu (Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma) 30 g

Zhi Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae radix preparata) 8 g

Fu Shen (Poriae cocos pararadicis) 30 g

Suan Zao Ren (Ziziphi spinosae semen) 30 g

Long Yan Rou (Longanae arillus) 30 g

Dang Gui (Angelicae sinensis radix) 3 g

Yuan Zhi (Polygalae radix) 3 g

Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae radix)** 15 g

Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis rhizoma rece)  6 g

Da Zao (Jujubae fructus) 3–5 pieces

 

 

歸脾湯(臨床應用)


◉ Those who have a large mouth tend to be blood deficient. If one has a large mouth and a white or yellow face, use Gui Pi Tang 歸脾湯.

 

◉ Gui Pi Tang 歸脾湯 is used when excessive consciousness brings about menstrual irregularity or stop. And it is used for all symptoms that occur when trying to lose weight or seriously conscious of getting married. There is a problem with the spleen and stomach.

 

◉ Gui Pi Tang 歸脾湯 is also used when a woman cannot forget her first man. This means that women should be good at changing, and men are characterized by not changing, and it is used for diseases caused by not being able to change. In addition, when a woman gets married, she should change, but if she cannot change, she has a headache, aching all over, and an uneasy mind, and Gui Pi Tang 歸脾湯 is good.

 

◉ Guipi-tang is used for people who are often worried and anxious. That's why there are many people with yellow faces.

 

◉ The reason why a woman feels lethargic after sexual intercourse is because she initiated the movement, so Gui Pi Tang should be used, which is also used by those suffering from non-sensory diseases. It is employed not only for heart-related issues but also for genital-related illnesses. Women's reproductive diseases are closely linked to their mental health. Due to excessive thinking, there may be itching in the yin parts or dampness, discomfort during intercourse, and a lack of sexual sensation. Therefore, before using "Guipi Tang," it is necessary to inquire about the problem concerned with the yin part.

Prescriptions for genital diseases

 

1) Long dan xie gan Tang 龍膽瀉肝湯: Cucumber-like accumulations may appear around the umbilicus. Symptoms include cold and heat, bitter taste in the mouth, poor digestion, constipation, vaginal discharge like nasal discharge, and severe itching in the early stages.

2) jia wei san加味逍遙散: Used when there is cold and heat, damp itching (itchy and oozing when scratched).

3) 消疳敗毒散: Symptoms such as cold and heat, bitter taste in the mouth, and dry mouth are similar to cold symptoms.

4) Gwibi-tang: When women are anxious or distressed, there may be protrusions or erosion in the yin region, or irregularities in the menstrual cycle. According to the principles of yin-head and yang-head, stimulation in the yang-head inevitably affects the yin-head (genitals).

 

 

Incessant menstrual bleeding (hemorrhage)

 

If someone with prolonged lower bloody discharge has digestive disorders, use "Sanleng Baizhu San參苓白朮散(" (+ roasted black 地楡, roasted black Jingjie, roasted black ginger) or wu mei + Ejiao Mu Li.

 

in case of blood dificient with irregular menstruation, use "四物湯 Si Wu Tang" (+ Xiangfu, Yimucao, Wuzhuyu, Ròuguì, Rénshēn).

 

Use "Wenjing Tang" when experiencing hot or cold sensations in the chest or palms, lower abdominal pain, and irregular menstruation.

 

If mental stress causes continuous flooding, use "Guipi Tang" (+ roasted 山藥, roasted 地楡, roasted 荊芥Jingjie, roasted 吳茱萸Wuzhuyu).

◉ Jia wei gui pi tang 加味歸脾湯 is often used for students who are easily irritated by stress, sharp, and have a lot of thoughts, leading to irregular menstruation. There is a problem with the liver and spleen (Jisan).

 

◉ When heart pain is caused by excessive thinking, gui pi tang (+ roasted 梔子 4g) is used

 

◉ When the inner part of the yin is protruding and the surrounding area is painful, use Buzhong Yiqi Tang (+ zhi zi, fu ling, 車前子 靑皮) to clear liver fire and raise spleen qi, and then use gui pi tang (+ zhi zi, fu ling, Chuanxiong) to manage it.

 

◉ When the genital area is damp and itchy due to excessive thinking, and oozing and painful, take Gui Pi tang (+ chai hu, mu dan pi, chi shao yao) and for those who burst and erode, use Jiawei Xiaoyao San加味逍遙散.

 

◉  When the genital area is painful or injured during intercourse, use Guipi Tang" and "Buzhong Yiqi Tang".
