The Appearance-Based Five Elements Constitution : Wood Constiution
People with a Wood constitution have limbs that are longer than their bodies. They are known as "Wood constitution" or "Runner-like constitution" because they resemble animals that can run, such as horses. They have a slender face with upward-turning eye corners. They appear worried due to their slightly elevated eye corners. They also have lengthy limbs relative to their body, as do Westerners, and have an abundance of body hair.
As previously said, people with this constitution excel at running and other physical activities, and they are easily identified by others. They have a good sense of smell as well. Their demeanor, however, is fairly impetuous, and they readily become irritated. Because of their sensitivity and acute emotions, individuals frequently feel restless and uneasy, as if they are being pursued by someone. People with a Wood constitution are prone to liver-related disorders, which are referred to as "Liver-Wood." Because the liver affects the muscles, many people with a Wood constitution have muscular problems. Furthermore, having an abundance of body hair suggests a tendency for the body to absorb dampness and heat, rendering them susceptible to ailments such as rheumatism and lower back pain.
To fuel the liver energy, individuals with a Wood constitution should consume foods such as garlic chives, Chinese leek seeds, buckwheat, cornus fruit, mulberry fruit, and wheat on a regular basis. Garlic chives aid in liver cooling and energy production. The fragile stems and leaves can be used to make a vegetable meal. Papaya is good for the liver and it helps with tendons and blood circulation. Chinese leek seeds boost eye brightness and alleviate stagnated liver energy.
