Also known as "Fire Type", they
have a similar appearance and characteristics to birds that fly in the sky.
● Face:
① Thin and small lips that are red and
sharp like a bird's beak.
② Round and bright eyes with a tendency for
a red face (especially the cheekbones and lips).
③ Narrow and pointed jawline.
④ Prone to acne
⑤ Women have a cute and upturned nose with
a pointed tip. If there is dizziness, use Qing Yun hua Tan Tang (淸暈化痰湯).
● Body:
Tends to have a protruding chest like a
bird's chest. Therefore, Fire Type individuals tend to be restless and prone to
illness due to their impatience.
● Characteristics:
① Fire Type individuals are generally
hot-tempered and talkative.
② They pursue perfection and are punctual
with appointments. They want to be accurate while also being impatient, which
leads to them feeling uncomfortable and their heart racing frequently.
③ They have good manners.
④ They can't sit still and need to be doing
something to relieve their emotions.
⑤ They laugh easily.
⑥ They like to be in high places. People
with Fire Type personalities like to live in high places, so they become ill if
they live in basements. If you catch a sparrow and keep it in your house, it
will die.
⑦ They cannot stand dirty things and are
honest. They explode when suppressed. Despite their impatience, they have a
strong sense of responsibility.
● Organs and diseases:
According to the Five Elements theory, Fire
Type is closely related to the heart in the human body. Fire disease is
commonly referred to as heart fire disease, and the expression "the heart
is boiling with fire" also stems from the close relationship between the
heart and fire.
The reason why Fire Type individuals laugh
easily is because their hearts are replete, so they are prone to heart disease,
such as palpitations. They are always anxious and restless, so they suffer from
nervous disorders, have little sleep, and have no interest in food. They also
tend to be constipated and have pain in their waist and legs. Sometimes they
feel pain between their chest and waist or their back and shoulders, and their
waist and back ache. However, Fire Type individuals tend not to recover easily
once their shoulders start to hurt. This is because the fundamental disease of
Fire Type lies deep in the heart.

include lotus seeds(蓮子), millet, eggs, apricots,
persimmons, and red beans. Lotus seeds can nourish the heart, calm the mind,

especially the egg white, which can reduce heat under the heart. It is
recommended to eat one raw egg per day. The basic principle of the fire element
is to nourish yin and reduce fire, and the basic prescription for this is Zi
Yin Qiang Huo Tang (Yin-Enriching Fire-Downbearing Decoction, 滋陰降火湯).
