2-4. 交感出血 (flooding due
to sexual intercourse)
After a woman has
a sexual intercourse one time, flooding occurs and wouldn’t stop. Although the
bleeding is not severe but prolonged bleeding cannot avoid from blood damage. As
time goes on, blood gets desiccated and amenorrhea can occur. She just has
sexual intercourse when mestruatuion is about to come, therefore this kind of
disease happens. Generally if semen (精) surges into blood
vessel, this is not a simple damage. If it is a simple damage, this has to
resolve when semen (精) comes out, but
why does bleeding go on? When woman is going to have baby, if the blood is
already clean, there is no worry. When menstruation is about to come out, if
semen discharge, the blood which is about to come out retreats instead. Semen cannot
be taken and getting pregnent is impossible. The semen will transform into
blood. When having a sexual intercourse, if excessive qi stirs the [old] semen,
old semen and new semen influence with each other. When old semen comes out,
blood also comes out following the semen. One should free the qi of uterus and
conduct the semen which has collected for long time, to come out outward, and
boost with herbs which supplement qi and essence, then damaged blood vessel
will recover. Yin Jing Zhi Xue Tang (引精止血湯, Conduct Semen
and Stanch blood Decoction) is used.

Tang (引精止血湯, Conduct Semen and Stanch blood Decoction)
Ren Shen（five qian）
Bai Zhu（one liang, stir bake with soil）
fu ling（three qian）
Shu Di Huang（one liang）
Shan Zhu Yu（five qian）
Hei Jiang （one qian）
Huang Bai （five fen）
Jing Jie（three qian）
Che Qian Zi（three qian, stir bake with wine）
Decoct this with
water. taking of four Ji (劑) brings about
recover. Taking of Ten Ji (劑) blocks reoccurring
of this. Ren Shen and Bai Zhu supplement qi. Shu Di Huang and Shan Zhu Yu supplement
essence. When essence qi is exuberant, blood vessel flows and frees well. Fu
ling and Che Qian Zi disinhibit water and office. When water is disinhibited,
bloold vessels is also disinhibited. Huang Bai conducts the effect of herbs to
enter blood vessel directly. Through these, old semen can come out. Jing Jie
conducts bad blood to come out into the interior of blood vessel. Hei Jiang
check the opening of blood vessel. If being careful of sexual intercourse for
three months, the place which is damaged and ruptured will not injury again and
recover.
2-4. 交感出血
婦人有一交合則流血不止者,雖不至於血崩之甚,而終年累月不得愈,未免血氣兩傷,
久則恐有血枯經閉之憂.此等之病,成於經水正來之時交合,精衝血管也.夫精衝血管,
不過一時之傷,精出宜愈,何以久而流紅？不知血管最嬌嫩,斷不可以精傷.凡婦人受孕,
必於血管己淨之時,方保無虞.倘經水正旺,彼欲湧出而精射之,則欲出之血反退而縮入,
旣不能受精而成胎,勢必至集精而化血.交感之際,淫氣觸動其舊日之精,則兩相感召,舊精欲出,
而血亦隨之而出.治法須通其胞胎之氣,引舊日日之集精外出,而益之以補氣補精之藥,
則血管之傷,可以補完矣.方用引精止血湯.
引精止血湯
人參（五錢）白朮（一兩,土炒）茯苓（三錢,去皮）熟地（一兩,九蒸）山萸肉（五錢,蒸）黑薑（一錢）黃柏（五分）芥穗（三錢）車前子（三錢,酒炒）
水煎.連服四劑愈,十劑不再發.此方用參朮以補氣,用地萸以補精,精氣旣旺,則血管流通；加入茯苓,車前以利水與竅,水利則血管亦利.又加黃柏爲引,直入血管之中,而引夙精出於血管之外.芥穗引敗血出於血管之內.黑薑以止血管之口.一方之中,實有調停曲折之妙,故能怯舊病而除陳苛.然必須愼房幃三月,破者始不至重傷,而補者始不至重損,否則不過取目前之效耳.其愼之哉!宜寡欲.
