(11). Center Rectifying Decoction Family. 理中湯類. (Li Zhong Tang Lei)

 

 1. Li Zhong Tang (Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Gan Jiang, Gan Cao)

☯hard glomus below the heart, ejection of drool and foam, yellow complexion, diarrhea, chest impediment due to cold, glomus below the heart, retching, pain in the shoulder and back, lumbar pain, pain in the leg and knee, diarrhea, edema.

 

1. 理中湯 (人蔘 白朮 乾薑 甘草)

☯心下痞硬 吐涎沫 面黃 下痢 寒性胸痺 心下痞 嘔逆 肩背痛 腰痛 脚膝痛 下痢 浮腫

 

 2. Gui Zh iRen ShenTang (Li Zhong Tang ⊕ Gui Zhi)

☯the pattern of Li Zhong Tang ⊕  flushing of qi, complex diarrea( absence of pain after diarrhea)

 

2. 桂枝人蔘湯 (理中湯 ⊕桂枝)

☯理中湯證⊕上衝이 심하다 協熱痢(설사후 통증이 없음)

 

 3. Zhen Wu Tang (Fu Ling, Shao Yao, Sheng Jiang, Bai Zhu, Fu Zi)

☯ palpitaions below the heart, dizzy head, generalized twiching, quivering and about to fall, abdominal pain, diarrhea, edema, retching, cold of the extremities, aversion to cold.

 

3. 眞武湯 (茯苓 芍藥 生薑 白朮 附子)

☯心下悸 頭眩 身瞤動振振欲擗地 腹痛 下痢 浮腫 嘔逆 手足冷 惡寒

 

 4. Fu Zi Tang (Fu Ling, Shao Yao, Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Fu Zi)

☯ a pulse that is sunken, generalized pain, pain in the bone and joint, glomus below the heart, aversion to cold in the back, cold of the extremities

 

4. 附子湯 (茯苓 芍藥 人蔘 白朮 附子)

☯脈沈 身體痛 骨節痛 心下痞 背惡寒 手足冷

 

 5. Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang (Fu Ling, Gui Zhi, Bai Zhu, Gan Cao)

☯ a pulse that is sunken and tight, counterflow fullness below the heart, qi surging upward to the chest, experiencing of dizzy head when getting up, quivering and trembling.

 

5. 苓桂朮甘湯 (茯苓 桂枝 白朮 甘草)

☯脈沈緊 心下逆滿 氣上衝胸 起則頭眩 身振振搖者

 

 6. Gui Zhi Fu Zi Tang (Gui Zhi, Gan Cao, Fu Zi, Sheng Jiang, Da Zao)

☯ pain in the limbs and joints, inability to ture sides, flushing of qi, headache, inhibited urination, retching, acute distress

 

6. 桂枝附子湯 (桂枝 甘草 附子 生薑 大棗)

☯肢節痛 轉側不利 上衝 頭痛 小便不利 嘔逆 急迫

 

 7. Zhu Fu Tang [Gui Zhi Fu Zi Qu Gui Zhi Jia Bai Zhu Tang]

(Gui Zhi Fu Zi Tang ⊖Gui Zhi ⊕Bai Zhu) (Bai Zhu, Fu Zi, Sheng Jiang, Gan Cao, Da Zao)

☯ the pattern of Gui Zhi Fu Zi Tang ⊕ absence of qi surging upward, difficulty to defecate, uninhibited urination.

 

7. 朮附湯[桂枝附子去桂枝加白朮湯] (桂枝附子湯 ⊖桂枝 ⊕白朮) (白朮 附子 生薑 甘草 大棗)

☯桂枝附子湯證⊕不上衝 大便難 小便自利

 

 8. Gan Cao Fu Zi Tang (Gui Zhi, Gan Cao, Fu Zi, Bai Zhu)

☯ cold in the bone, pain in the bone, spontaneous sweating, aversion to cold, cold of the extremities.

 

8. 甘草附子湯 (桂枝 甘草 附子 白朮)

☯骨寒 骨痛 自汗 惡寒 手足冷

 

 9. Shao Ya oGan Cao Fu Zi Tang (Shao Yao, Gan Cao, Fu Zi)

☯ hypertonicity of the feet, acute distress, aversion to cold

 

9. 芍藥甘草附子湯 (芍藥 甘草 附子)

☯脚攣急 急迫 惡寒
