(10). Counterflow Cold Decoction family. 四逆湯類.

 

 1. Si Ni Tang (Gan Jiang, Gan Cao, Fu Zi)

☯ a pulse that is sunken and faint, coldness of the hands and feets, clear-food diarrhea, generalized pain, inhibited urination.

 

1. 四逆湯 (乾薑 甘草 附子)

☯脈沈微 手足冷 下痢淸穀 身體疼痛 小便不利

 

 2. Si Ni Jia Ren Shen Tang (Si Ni Tang ⊕ Ren Shen)

☯the pattern ofSi Ni Tang ⊕ glomus below the heart

 

2. 四逆加人蔘湯 (四逆湯 ⊕人蔘)

☯四逆湯證⊕心下痞

 3. Fu Ling Si Ni Tang (Fu Ling, Ren Shen, Gan Jiang, Gan Cao, Fu Zi)

☯ the pattern of Si Ni Tang ⊕ stirring palpitation, vexation and agitation, inhibited urination, glomus below the heart

 

3. 茯笭四逆湯 (茯笭 人蔘 乾薑 甘草 附子)

☯四逆湯證⊕動悸 煩燥 小便不利 心下痞

 

 4. Tong Mai Si Ni Tang (Gan Jiang, Gan Cao, Fu Zi ⊕ Gan Jiang)

☯the pattern of Si Ni Tang ⊕ a pulse that is faint and verging on expiry, red complextion, severe coldness of the hands and feet.

 

4. 通脈四逆湯 (乾薑 甘草 附子 ⊕乾薑)

☯四逆湯證⊕脈微欲絶 面赤 手足冷이 심한 者

 

 5. Tong Mai Si Ni Jia Zhu Dan Zhi Tang (Tong MaiSi NiTang ⊕ Zhu Dan Zhi)

☯ contracture of the limbs, vexation and agitation, anxiety, fecal stoppage. This is more severe than the pattern of Tong Mai Si Ni Tang.

 

5. 通脈四逆加猪膽汁湯 (通脈四逆湯 ⊕猪膽汁)

☯四肢拘急 煩燥 精神不安 大便不通 通脈四逆湯證보다 증상이 심하다

 

 6. Gan Jiang Fu Zi Tang (Gan Jiang ,Fu Zi)

☯ a pulse that is sunken and faint, absence of generalized great heat, reversal cold of the limbs, vexation and agitation in the daytime, a difficulty to sleep, but being peaceful at the night time, diarrhea

 

6. 乾薑附子湯 (乾薑 附子)

☯脈沈微 身無大熱 四肢厥冷 晝日煩燥不得眠 夜而安靜 下痢

 

7. Bai Tong Tang (Gan Jiang, Fu Zi, Cong Bai)

☯ a pulse that is sunken and faint, reverse, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, inhibited urination / the pattern of Gan Jiang Fu Zi Tang ⊕ abdominal pain, headache, inhibited urination

 

7. 白通湯 (乾薑 附子 蔥白)

☯脈沈微 厥 下痢腹痛 頭痛 小便不利 / 乾薑附子湯證⊕腹痛 頭痛 小便不利

 

 8. Bai Tong Jia Zhu Dan Zhi Tang ⊕ Zhu Dan Zhi, Ren Niao –human’s urine)

☯the pattern of Bai Tong Tang ⊕ incessant diarrhea, reverse-flow, an absent pulse, dry retching, vexation and agitation, fecal stoppage.

 

8. 白通加猪膽汁湯 白通湯 ⊕猪膽汁 人尿)

☯白通湯證⊕利不止 厥逆無脈 乾嘔 煩燥 大便不通

 

 9. Dang Gui Si Ni Tang (Dang Gui, Xi Xin, Mu Tong, Gui Zhi, Shao Yao, Gan Cao, Da Zao)

☯a pulse that is fine and verging on expiry, cold of the extremities, abdominal pain, headache, hypertonicity of musculus rectus abdominis, frostbite

 

9. 當歸四逆湯 (當歸 細辛 木通 桂枝 芍藥 甘草 大棗)

☯脈細欲絶 手足冷 腹痛 頭痛 腹直筋攣急 凍傷

 

 10. Dang Gui Si Ni Jia Wu Zhu Yu Sheng Jiang Tang (Dang Gui Si Ni Tang ⊕ Wu Zhu Yu, Sheng Jiang)

☯the pattern of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang ⊕ headache, retching, enduring cold.

 

10. 當歸四逆加吳茱萸生薑湯 (當歸四逆湯 ⊕吳茱萸 生薑)

☯當歸四逆湯證⊕頭痛 嘔逆 久寒

 

 11. Si Ni San (Chai Hu, Shao Yao, Zhi Shi, Gan Cao)

☯the pattern of Da Chai Hu Tang ⊕ diarrhea, tenesmus, cold of the extremities, suffering from fullness in the chest and rib-side, hypertonicity of musculus rectus abdominis, fullness in the chest and abdomen, acute distress

 

11. 四逆散 (柴胡 芍藥 枳實 甘草)

☯大柴胡湯證⊕下痢 裏急後重 手足冷 神經症狀 胸脇苦滿 腹直筋攣急 胸腹滿 急迫
